When is it ready?
Every piece is made to order by hand in Cairo and is ready in 7–10 working days. Then we call you to set the delivery day.
How is it delivered?
In Egypt, sculptures are delivered free by our own team. Charms and objects go by courier for EGP 150.
Can I return it?
Every piece is made for you, so there are no change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives wrong, or with a manufacturing defect, we make it right.
How big is it?
5 cm tall. The size guide shows every piece next to things you know, so you see its true size before you choose.
