About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on nottoys.wtf, the online store of NOT TOYS, Cairo, Egypt. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our pieces
Every NOT TOYS piece is made by hand by our team in our Cairo studio. Small differences in colour, finish and texture are part of handmade work and make each piece unique. Our sculptures are decorative art pieces and are not made for play.
Made to order
Sculptures and objects are made after you order them and are ready in 7 to 10 working days. We call you to set the delivery day. Selected pieces may be offered on pre-order; the expected date is shown when you buy.
Your 1 of 1
A 1 of 1 is made from the details on your order: the piece, its colours and finish, the crown, the name, where it goes and the lettering. Please check them, and the spelling of the name, before you pay. If you have a question before ordering, message us on WhatsApp.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Outside Egypt, prices include shipping and may be shown in your local currency for reference; your payment is made in EGP at checkout.
- Every order is paid in advance: by card (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza) through PayTabs, or in instalments with valU, Souhoola, Aman or Forsa, at checkout. Bank transfer or InstaPay can be arranged with us on WhatsApp. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is explained in our Shipping policy, and returns in our Refund policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including our characters, logos, designs, photographs and text, belongs to NOT TOYS and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy or change it without our written permission.
Responsibility
Please handle and display our pieces as described. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
