What we collect

  • What you give us: your name, email, phone number and delivery address; your order, including the details and pictures of a 1 of 1 design; and the messages you send us.
  • Payment: payments are handled by our payment providers (PayTabs and the instalment providers). We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Automatically: when you visit, we and our service providers collect information about your device and browser, your IP address, the pages you view and how you use the site, using cookies and similar technologies.

  • To answer your questions.
  • To keep the store safe and prevent fraud.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To send you news and offers, only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run the store: Shopify (which hosts our store), our payment providers, our delivery partners, and our email, reviews, analytics and advertising services (for example Google and Meta). They may use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart and preferences, and help us measure and improve the site and our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the store, such as the cart, may then not work.
