Dear Not Toys Team,
I felt it was important to share this experience with you.
Although I had always admired the sculptures, I hadn’t planned on making a purchase. During my last visit, Khaled took the time to explain the story and inspiration behind the brand, and his passion and knowledge truly changed the way I saw the pieces.
Because of that, I ended up purchasing two sculptures and I’m already planning to come back for a third. Khaled’s professionalism and enthusiasm made a real difference.
It’s experiences like this that truly define a great brand.

Honestly, the toy itself was amazing and elegant but the customer service was amazing. Omneya who was the one handling my purchase from the beginning was extremely cooperative and very helpful even through the exchange process which took shorter than expected. Perfect and professional team
