How do I pay?
Pay online at checkout on PayTabs' secure page with Visa, Mastercard or Meeza, or in instalments with valU, Souhoola, Aman or Forsa. We don't take bank transfer or InstaPay. Or pay a 10% deposit online now and the rest in cash when our team delivers your piece. The deposit starts the making of your piece, so it is not refunded if the delivery is refused.
When is it ready?
Every piece is made to order by hand in Cairo and is ready in 7–10 working days. Then we call you to set the delivery day.
How is it delivered?
In Egypt, sculptures are delivered free by our own team. Charms and objects go by courier for EGP 150.
Can I return it?
Every piece is made for you, so there are no change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives wrong, or with a manufacturing defect, we make it right.
How big is it?
129 cm tall. The size guide shows every piece next to things you know, so you see its true size before you choose.
