How do I pay?
Everything is paid in advance. Pay online at checkout on PayTabs' secure page with Visa, Mastercard or Meeza, or in instalments with valU, Souhoola, Aman or Forsa. We don't take bank transfer or InstaPay. There is no cash on delivery.
When is it ready?
Every piece is made to order by hand in Cairo and is ready in 7–10 working days. Then we call you to set the delivery day.
How is it delivered?
In Egypt, sculptures are delivered free by our own team. Charms and objects go by courier for EGP 150.
Can I return it?
Every piece is made for you, so there are no change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives wrong, or with a manufacturing defect, we make it right.
